Terms of Service

Any appointments canceled or rescheduled for less than 48 hours will be subject to charges of 50% of the booked service. Any absent, rescheduled, or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours to the booked service time are subject the full service cost. A phone call or text message with confirmation from the professional providing the service are the only approved and appropriate methods of cancelling within the 48 hour timeframe. Individual team members may require unique or additional policies or grant exceptions per their own business guidelines as independent contractors. Time is the ultimate luxury. We respect yours and kindly ask that you respect ours too.
